Embroidery

Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. The process gives a highly professional long lasting appearance and is suitable for text or logos. We use modern industrial embroidery machines which give a professional finish.

To embroider logos onto items chosen the logo has to be digitized using specialist digitizing software. The end result is an embroidered logo that replicates the customer's artwork exactly.

For the majority of text only embroidery there is no set up charge. We have choice of fonts that the customer can choose from. If a specific font is not available a setup charge would be incurred.

Vinyl Transfer Printing

Logos, text, names and numbers can all be cut using different types of vinyl material that give a range of effects. We can cut any name and number in any style and from a wide selection of colours, giving our customers the maximum impact for the range of clothing chosen.

They are then applied to the garments using a heat transfer system.

Digital Transfer Printing

This is a 1440dpi CMYK solvent ink print onto a white vinyl sheet that can be heat transfered on to fabric. Our printer can cut to any shape to suit the logo, often not leaving a white border if the logo doesn’t need it.

Advantages Of Digital Printing

• This process is great for highly detailed photographic images or images with more than 4 colours.
• Bright vibrant colours
• As it is a digital process it is very easy to make each garment unique.
