Embroidery pricing puts a lot of people off because it's rarely explained clearly. So let's be transparent about how it actually works.
A one-off setup, then per garment
Your logo is digitised once into a stitch file — a single setup charge of £20. After that you pay per garment: from £5 for a small embroidery, £10 for a larger one. Text-only embroidery usually has no setup fee.
How to keep costs down
Order more at once to spread the setup, keep designs clean, and reuse your stored logo for reorders so you never pay setup twice. Resellers and bulk buyers should ask about trade pricing.
