Personalised & custom items

Because printed and embroidered garments are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or refunded unless they're faulty or not as agreed. This is standard across the custom-decoration industry — please double-check your sizes, colours and artwork proof before approving your order.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If something arrives faulty or differs from your approved proof, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 5 working days of receiving your order — and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

Unprinted stock items

Plain, unworn garments with no personalisation can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Get in touch first and we'll arrange it.
