How to measure

• Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
• Waist: measure around your natural waistline.
• To match a favourite garment: lay a top that fits you well flat and measure pit-to-pit, then double it for the chest measurement.

Fit tips

• Many of our styles are unisex — if you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.
• Ordering for a team? It's worth getting a sample or asking for a size set before committing to a bulk run.
• Hoodies and workwear are often worn over other layers — size up if it'll go over a uniform or hi-vis.
