Three ways to put your brand on a garment
Embroidery, vinyl transfer and digital transfer — each suits a different job. Here's how every method works on the workshop floor, and when we'd recommend it.

Embroidery
Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. It gives a highly professional, long-lasting appearance and is suitable for text or logos. We use modern industrial embroidery machines for a professional finish.
To embroider a logo, the artwork is first digitised using specialist software — the end result replicates the customer's artwork exactly. For most text-only embroidery there is no setup charge, and you can choose from a range of fonts. A specific font outside our range would incur a setup charge.
Vinyl Transfer Printing
Logos, text, names and numbers can all be cut from different types of vinyl material that give a range of effects. We can cut any name and number in any style, from a wide selection of colours — giving maximum impact across the range of clothing you choose.
They are then applied to the garments using a heat transfer system.
Digital Transfer Printing
This is a 1440dpi CMYK solvent-ink print onto a white vinyl sheet that is heat-transferred onto fabric. Our printer can cut to any shape to suit the logo — often without leaving a white border where the logo doesn't need one.
